Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
• Comfort working across a range of student ages and needs from preschool through high school
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families
• Passion for fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Provide direct interventions for students with various speech and language disorders
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families
• Document progress and maintain compliance with all special education requirements
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
