Position: Structural MIG Welder
Pay: $28.00–$33.00 per hour

Location: Elizabeth, Indiana
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Structural MIG Welder to start IMMEDIATELY at $28.00–$33.00 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on structural steel and fabricated components
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
- Set up and operate welding equipment with precision
- Complete fillet and groove welds in various positions
- Measure, fit, align, and tack structural components prior to welding
- Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and structural integrity
- Use grinders, cutting tools, and other fabrication equipment as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and welding standards
- Complete work efficiently while ensuring high quality
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a structural MIG welder required
- Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
- Strong understanding of MIG welding processes and equipment
- Experience welding structural steel
- Capable of accurately measuring, fitting, and fabricating components
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to safely handle and move materials as needed
Preferred Skills
- 3+ years of structural welding experience
- Experience with heavy structural steel fabrication
- Welding certification(s) a plus
- Experience working in overhead or crane-assisted environments
