Job Description
Volt is immediately hiring for a Pharmaceutical Project Manager in Spokane, WA.
As a Pharmaceutical Project Manager you will:
- Comply with PMO processes and systems.
- Facilitate and influence diverse teams across Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects or programs.
- This role is expected to support Commercial KPI recognition.
- Develop and manage integrated project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Ensure that a project schedule encompassing project scope and associated details is accurately developed and regularly maintained.
- Oversee risk management, compliance, and quality assurance.
- Anticipate and mitigate risks proactively.
- Lead resolution of technical, operational, and regulatory challenges during NPI project
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for issues impacting project scope, schedule, or quality.
- Ensure effective communication of project timelines, status, risks, and needs to all project team members and stakeholders.
- Facilitate resolution of conflicts among stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Serve as primary point of contact for executive stakeholders.
- Provide executive-level reporting on project status, risks, and financial performance.
- Identify opportunities to optimize Technical Transfer processes.
- Contribute to PMO best practices.
- Meet and maintain requirements for GMP manufacturing and comply with GMP guidelines
This is a full-time, contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in technical transfers or product launches within pharmaceuticals or regulated manufacturing.
- Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
- Experience with Microsoft Word to capture meeting minutes/update documents etc.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Aseptic areas
- Cleanroom Environment Experience
Pay Rate: $60 - $75 per hour.
