Schedule: 30-40 hours per week

About the Role
Adecco is seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support HR operations, employee records management, onboarding activities, and administrative projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with data, systems, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update employee records and documentation
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
Support HR data entry and HRIS management
Review and organize personnel files
Provide administrative support to the HR team
Assist with resume screening and recruiting support
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive information
Qualifications
Previous HR, administrative, or recruiting experience preferred
Strong computer and data-entry skills
Experience with HRIS systems is a plus
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
