School Speech Language Pathologist - Covington, GA

Step into an exciting opportunity serving elementary students as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist in a supportive school setting. This onsite-only position offers the chance to make a lasting difference throughout the academic year and runs through late May 2027.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Georgia SLP License or GaPSC Certificate required (must eventually obtain both)
• Open to certified Speech-Language Assistants (through GaPSC)
• SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CF) credentials welcome
• Prior experience with school-aged children, especially in elementary settings, preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to elementary students onsite
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and track student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all state and district compliance requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
