In this onsite school-based role, you'll partner with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver vital speech and language services to children, directly impacting their academic growth and communication success. Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech Communications, or completion of an AAS degree in an SLPA program
• Active SLPA license or certification
• Strong skills in oral, written, and interpersonal communication, especially under pressure
• Comfort working with diverse student populations and families
• Willingness to travel between multiple school sites within the district as needed
• Onsite attendance required; this is not a virtual or remote position

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students, following each student's IEP
• Collaborate regularly with supervising SLPs and educational staff to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities
• Engage in a positive, proactive manner with staff, students, and families
