Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language services
- Ability to work comfortably with elementary-age students
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to elementary students
- Complete evaluations, develop IEP goals, and maintain required documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff for student success

- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to team decisions
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
