Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language challenges
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Conduct engaging therapy sessions targeting communication goals
• Track progress through meticulous documentation and data collection
• Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and other team members for coordinated student care
• Involve and educate families to promote consistent progress beyond the therapy setting

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active, or eligibility for, state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a diverse, supportive team
