Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Conduct engaging therapy sessions targeting communication goals
- Track progress through meticulous documentation and data collection
- Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and other team members for coordinated student care
- Involve and educate families to promote consistent progress beyond the therapy setting
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active, or eligibility for, state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a diverse, supportive team
