School Psychologist - Detroit, MI

You’ll work onsite, offering your expertise at either elementary (three buildings) or middle school (two buildings) campuses. With a flexible schedule of 20-30 hours per week, this role provides a meaningful way to make a difference in young lives while enjoying work-life balance.

Qualifications & Experience Preferred:

• Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure (Michigan)
• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field
• Experience providing psychological assessments and interventions in K-8 settings
• Positive communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Understanding of Response to Intervention (RTI) and Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) frameworks
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
• Collaborate in the development and implementation of IEPs and 504 Plans
• Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral development
• Advise educators and families on intervention strategies to optimize student success
• Provide crisis intervention and counseling services as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in interdisciplinary teams
• Facilitate workshops and staff training related to mental health and well-being
