Step into a fulfilling career supporting the well-being and academic success of students across grades K-12 as a dedicated School Psychologist. This is a full-time, permanent district role, offering an excellent opportunity to make a long-term impact within an educational community near the Depew, NY area.

As a valued resource in the school system, you’ll collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to design and deliver services that promote positive student outcomes. Your expertise will help ensure that all students are given the tools and support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
  • Valid state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience supporting K-12 students with diverse needs and backgrounds
  • Strong understanding of assessment tools, special education regulations, and individualized education planning
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and consultation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments to identify student needs
  • Lead or participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Provide counseling and intervention services to students
  • Support crisis prevention and response initiatives
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to create strategies that improve student performance
  • Promote mental health awareness and advocate for student wellness initiatives
