Seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist for a rewarding part-time opportunity delivering direct, in-person services in a vibrant school environment near Los Angeles, CA. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current and valid California OT license
  • Previous experience as a school-based Occupational Therapist
  • Proficient in implementing and documenting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and families
  • Ability to develop and deliver student-centered interventions tailored to individual needs
  • Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct, in-person OT services to students as outlined in their IEPs
  • Assess and evaluate students’ functional abilities in the educational setting
  • Develop treatment plans and interventions to enhance students’ participation and performance
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and support staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings, sharing expertise and input on student progress and recommendations
