What We're Looking For
- Previous mechanical, maintenance, or repair experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Experience with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or fuel systems depending on specialty
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance and repairs
- Comfortable using diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently
- ASE certifications are preferred for applicable positions
- Additional manufacturer or industry certifications are a plus
