Ideal Qualifications:

• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Master’s in Social Work (MSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Prior experience working with elementary/intermediate school-aged children preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and case management skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive assessments, develop, and implement intervention plans
• Provide individual and group counseling services
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents
• Deliver crisis intervention and ongoing behavioral support
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in compliance with school policy
• Help foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
