Job Description

Qualifications and Desired Background:
- Valid Michigan SLP license (required)
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred
- School-based or Autism-spectrum experience valued
- Proficiency in direct and consultative SLP services
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Must complete background check and fingerprinting before starting
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy to students from Kindergarten through age 26 with moderate to severe Autism
- Work onsite during school hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:45 PM; 36.25 hours per week)
- Conduct assessments, create and implement tailored therapy plans, and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop IEP goals and provide communication support across settings
- Travel between district sites as needed to serve a variety of students
