Integrity Trade Services is currently seeking a detail-oriented Production Associate to join a growing digital print and direct mail production facility in Grand Rapids. This role supports the production and processing of high-volume mailing projects and requires individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse and print environment.
Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with inserter machines and mailing equipment used in direct mail production
• Perform bindery tasks including folding, cutting, and finishing printed materials
• Support direct mail processing to prepare customer mail campaigns for distribution
• Ensure quality and accuracy of printed materials and mailing pieces
• Load materials, monitor equipment, and maintain production flow
• Maintain a clean and organized print production warehouse
• Follow safety and production procedures to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Previous experience in print production, mailing operations, bindery, or warehouse production preferred
• Experience operating inserter machines or mailing equipment is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
