Executive Assistant (San Francisco, CA)
LHH is teaming up with a well-established professional services organization in San Francisco, CA in search of a Temporary Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and business operations teams.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly professional, fast-paced corporate environment where Executive Assistants play a critical role in supporting business priorities and executive productivity. The organization values collaboration, resourcefulness, and a high level of service while maintaining a strong team-oriented culture. This position will provide broad administrative support while partnering closely with other support professionals across the organization. The assignment is expected to last a minimum of three months, with potential for extension.
The ideal candidate has recent Executive Assistant experience supporting senior-level leaders within a corporate environment. They thrive in fast-moving settings, can successfully manage competing priorities, and are comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Successful candidates are proactive problem solvers with excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a polished professional presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Start Date: Early-mid September 2026
Location: Fully onsite in San Francisco, CA
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM, with flexibility for occasional overtime as business needs require
Pay Rate: $40.00 - $ 43.00/hour

Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support to multiple senior leaders
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Process expense reports and support expense management activities
- Partner with internal teams and administrative professionals to coordinate meetings and logistics
- Support event planning, conference coordination, and team activities
- Maintain CRM systems, databases, and internal records as needed
- Assist with presentation preparation, document formatting, reporting, and correspondence
- Support special projects, business initiatives, and ad hoc administrative requests
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day office and operational support functions
- Required: 5+ years of recent Executive Assistant experience within a corporate environment
- Required: Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Required: Extensive calendar management experience
- Required: Complex domestic and international travel coordination experience
- Required: Expense management experience
- Required: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
- Required: Ability to work fully onsite in San Francisco
- Preferred: Experience within professional services, financial services, consulting, legal, real estate, or similar corporate environments
- Preferred: Experience supporting senior leadership including Directors, Vice Presidents, or Managing Directors
- Preferred: Concur experience
- Preferred: CRM or database management experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
