Senior Accountant

Robert Half Finance & Accounting has partnered with an organization in St. Charles seeking a full-time Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant must possess strong oral and written communication skills along with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

· Prepare financial reports and analyze results to support business operations and leadership decision-making

· Complete bank reconciliations and resolve account variances

· Drive improvements to accounting processes, policies, and internal controls

Senior Accountant Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor degree in Accounting

· 5+ years of public accounting experience within a manufacturing setting

· Intermediate Excel skills with QuickBooks or Sage experience
