Schedule:

• Variable days/afternoons (4 ten-hour shifts per week)
• 8-hour shifts with flexible availability required for first and second shifts
• Occasional third shifts may be necessary

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient environment
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy
• Ensure safe, accurate distribution and management of medications
• Participate actively in patient care rounds, contributing valuable clinical insights
• Maintain strict compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Desired Qualifications:

• PGY1 residency strongly preferred; all candidates with strong inpatient experience encouraged to apply
• Minimum of two years recent inpatient pharmacy experience
• Valid pharmacist license and current certifications as required by state and facility
• Ability to pass a one-time competency exam
• Successful completion of background check (Livescan)
