Desired Skills & Experience:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license and CCC required
• Experience working in K-12 educational environments
• Strong knowledge of best practices for school-based SLP services
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to tailor interventions to diverse groups of students

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Create and implement individualized intervention plans for students in grades K-12
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports as required by school standards
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate speech therapy into students’ learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide both direct and consultative services, adapting to the needs of students
