Key Qualifications:
- Current New Jersey Psychologist certification
- Background in school-based psychology practices
- Experience supporting K-12 student populations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Main Responsibilities:
- Facilitate psychological assessments and interpret evaluation results
- Provide counseling services as needed for students
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student well-being
- Contribute to IEP meetings and other student support planning
- Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with regulations
