Pay Details: $720.00 to $1,550.00 per week

Adecco is partnering with a local manufacturing client in Mayville, WI, to hire skilled and dependable manufacturing professionals for a variety of positions, including:
- Welders
- Metal Finishers
- Laser Machine Operators
- Brake Press Operators
- Powder Painters
- And other skilled manufacturing roles
1st, 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities available!
Pay: $18–$30+/hour
Pay is based on experience, specific skill set, position and shift. Opportunities for pay increases upon hire-on and every 90 days afterward.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a skilled manufacturing, welding, metal finishing, machine operation or similar role
- Experience operating or working with equipment relevant to the position
- Ability to read and follow blueprints, work instructions or production specifications, depending on the role
- Ability to use basic measuring tools and inspect work for quality, as applicable
- Steady work history with good longevity at previous employers
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn new equipment, processes and skills
Specific experience and qualifications will vary by position.
