Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required

• Commitment to culturally responsive and ethical practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct and consultative support to educators to address students’ behavioral and social-emotional needs
• Offer training, coaching, and guidance to school staff and families on best practice behavioral strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation adhering to school district and regulatory guidelines
