Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Special Education Teacher certification
  • Previous experience in a self-contained classroom setting, ideally with K-1st grade students
  • Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and differentiated instruction
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to adapt instructional strategies to various learning styles and abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized lesson plans for self-contained K-1st grade students
