If you're passionate about recovery and want to impact others in a meaningful way - we warmly invite you to join our growing family!What You'll DoSchedule medical appointments, transportation, labs, MAT injections etc.Oversee all medications, pharmacy orders and deliveries, and obtain prescription authorizationsMaintain complete documentation of all appointments, labs, and medical records in EMRCollaborate with extended treatment team as necessary, escalating any concernsEnsure all services are provided in an efficient and timely mannerWhat We're Looking ForHigh School diploma/ GED or Bachelor's degree preferredStrong oral and written communication skillsTime management, collaborative, and multitasking skillsUnderstanding of substance use and its bio-psychosocial consequencesWhere You'll WorkAvenues Recovery Center at Fort Wayne is a 100- bed residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services.
