About the Role:

As an SLP/OT with White Glove, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centeredOT/SLP services to individuals in their homes. Our SLPs and OTs work closely with our patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech language pathology and occupational therapy services to patients in their homes

• Implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of each patient

• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care

• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in SLP and OT
