We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychologist to join our team at Cross Hope by Restaura in El Dorado, AR. As a part-time or full-time on-site Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients by providing exceptional counseling services in one or more nursing home facilities.
About the Role:
As a Psychologist at Cross Hope by Restaura, you will:
Provide counseling services to patients in one or more nursing home facilities
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy sessions
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and treatment plans
Qualifications:
Must be a Psychologist in Arkansas
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Empathy and compassion for patients
Experience in a healthcare or counseling setting
Social Work, Mental Health and Behavioral Health expertise
What We Offer:
