MIG Welder – 1st Shift
Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Overtime: Possible overtime available on Fridays

We are currently seeking three experienced MIG Welders to join our team on 1st shift. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals who take pride in producing high-quality welds and are looking for a long-term career opportunity with potential for permanent hire.
Responsibilities- Perform MIG welding on metal components according to specifications and blueprints.
- Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and welding instructions.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
- Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace policies.
- Previous MIG welding experience required.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Competitive pay: $24–$28 per hour
