$5,000 FT & $2,500 PT Sign On Bonus
Premium Pay Rates!
Baylor Program: Work 32hrs 3pm-7am (2-16hr shifts, every weekend Saturday/Sunday) GET PAID for 40HRS + Benefits!
Full & Part Time Options Available
PRN Accepted with Experience

Here’s What You’ll Do for Our Residents:
Administer Medications: Give oral, topical, IV, injectable medications
Wound/Skin Care: Perform wound care/prevention, manage pain, apply dressings
Monitoring: Observe physical and mental health status- track changes & analyze data
Clinical Procedure: Provide catheter/ostomy care, gather specimens etc.
Care Planning: Assist in executing individualized care
Collaboration: Strategize care with physicians, therapists, social workers & others
Family & Resident Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care
Documentation: Keep a detailed record of health status, all care, progress & interactions
Team Oversight: Oversee & delegate CNA’s ensuring quality care/teamwork
