What you'll do

• Manage and coordinate order details, communicating effectively via email with internal teams and customers.
• Provide upbeat, solutions-focused customer service and assist with customer returns from start to finish.
• Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to look up orders, update statuses, and support order flow.
• Support shipping and receiving activities to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment.
• Apply solid computer skills to navigate systems, documents, and spreadsheets as needed.
