Job Summary:

As an Occupational Therapist OT at St. Luke North Canton, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote functional independence, mobility, and overall well-being. Your expertise will enable our residents to achieve their goals, regain lost abilities, and thrive in their daily lives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for residents, including assessment, goal-setting, and intervention
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Utilize a variety of occupational therapy techniques and modalities to promote functional abilities and independence
• Collaborate with other disciplines to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Provide individualized and group therapy sessions, as well as adaptive equipment training and education
• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident progress and treatment plans
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination of care

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and modalities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
