PRN/Per Diem | Winter Haven, FL to Davenport, FL coverage (Polk County, FL)

What You Bring:
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from an accredited school
1+ years of experience required, with strong community knowledge
1+ year of home care experience preferred
Ability to exercise initiative, sound judgement, and independent decision-making
Strong collaboration and communication skills
