What You’ll Tackle
  • Explain, present, and translate design/application/service details for ETI’s vacuum and abatement portfolio.
  • Partner with Sales to evaluate customer needs; build specification packets and data sheets in collaboration with Ebara sites worldwide.
  • Deliver technical applications and marketing support for solutions that span complex operating environments.
  • Guide Sales, Marketing, and Field Service on product fit, options, part numbers, and configuration.
  • Contribute to detailed customer installation plans and assist during execution.
  • Work through well‑defined issues where analysis of identifiable factors leads to practical fixes.
  • Provide follow‑up, including application notes and technical information sharing.
  • Adhere to EBARA safety policies, complete all required safety training, and keep the workspace compliant with Ebara and customer standards.
  • And, as needed, step in for other duties as assigned.
Core Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Physics preferred), or equivalent experience.
  • 1–4 years of experience; semiconductor exposure preferred.
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and confident public speaking/presentations.
  • Excellent time management; self‑starter; strong teamwork and organizational habits.
  • Leadership/program management potential; outstanding written and oral communication.
  • Relationship building and effective cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Ability to provide verification of a good driving record for offsite customer support.
