TOPS Staffing is partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturer that has moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. This expansion has created multiple openings on the assembly team—an ideal time to come aboard and grow with the company.

A day in this role

Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:15 PM, you’ll work at a clean, modern bench in a production environment outfitted with updated equipment. Your focus is precision, quality, and building reliable control systems.

What you’ll build and do

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies at the bench for control cabinets and related equipment
• Construct mechanical assemblies that integrate into electrical control systems
• Route, crimp, and terminate point-to-point wiring by following diagrams and work instructions
• Read and interpret basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings
• Perform basic testing and visual inspection to verify form, fit, and function

What you bring

• Experience with mechanical or production assembly
• Proficiency using hand and power tools
• Point-to-point wiring experience (preferred)
• Soldering experience (a plus)
• Ability to read assembly drawings or wiring diagrams
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail

Schedule and pay

Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:15 PM

Up to $22/hour, based on experience.
