Job Description:
You will be responsible for assisting physicians and healthcare providers with clinical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for exams by taking vital signs, medical histories, and assisting with procedures.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining exam rooms and medical equipment.
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide patient education and answer general questions regarding treatments and procedures.
- Perform administrative duties, pre and post procedure call backs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Practical Nurse program is required.
- Licensed as an LPN preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a LPN in a clinical or hospital setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with patients in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and office practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR software.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
