Job Description:
You will be responsible for assisting physicians and healthcare providers with clinical and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare patients for exams by taking vital signs, medical histories, and assisting with procedures.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining exam rooms and medical equipment.
  • Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
  • Provide patient education and answer general questions regarding treatments and procedures.
  • Perform administrative duties, pre and post procedure call backs.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Practical Nurse program is required.
  • Licensed as an LPN preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a LPN in a clinical or hospital setting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with patients in a compassionate and professional manner.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and office practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
