About the Role:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for:
Providing high-quality patient care and assistance with daily living activities
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Conducting vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments

Requirements:
Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Pennsylvania
