Cold Forming Department Associate-2ND SHIFT
Location: Peru, IL
Pay: $21.50/hour
Schedule: 4PM - 12AM
Long-Term Opportunity / Full-Time
Overview: Join a highly skilled manufacturing team in the Cold Forming Department. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow precise instructions in a team-oriented environment. You’ll support daily production operations and contribute to the quality and efficiency of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and assist with cold forming machinery and equipment
- Follow detailed work instructions and safety procedures
- Inspect parts and materials with a strong eye for detail
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Support additional tasks or departments as needed
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude is essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Team-oriented mindset
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
