Join a supportive rehab team in beautiful Sun City, Arizona for a 13-week travel assignment! This is a great opportunity for an OT looking to work with a collaborative care team while gaining valuable clinical experience.
Assignment Details
Location: Sun City, AZ
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Full-time hours (details to be confirmed)
Setting: Skilled Nursing / Rehab / Hospital (based on facility needs)
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders
Develop and update individualized treatment plans
Improve patient independence with ADLs and functional mobility
Document services accurately and timely
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD)
Active AZ OT License or ability to obtain
Current BLS Certification
Minimum 1–2 years OT experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
