To be considered for the MRO Engineering Technician here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:


· 15+ Years of experience in avionics components within an MRO facility with strong background in diagnosing and repairing aircraft components (LRUs).

· Substantial hands-on experience in Avionics, Electrical, or a related field.

· Experienced with out-of-scope repair developments for avionics and electronic components for components on going repairs. 

· Experienced researching and identifying replacements for obsolete components. 

· Able to understand and follow instructions on how to create supplemental technical data to validate the replacement of obsolete parts and out-of-scope repairs (drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, procedures, instructions, tooling, and fixtures)

· Familiar with CAD.

· Certifications in avionics maintenance (e.g., A&P License, FCC GROL, IPC, or similar) are a plus.

· Experience with hardware and software integration for avionics applications.

· Understanding of aircraft maintenance regulations (FAA Part 145, EASA Part 145, etc.).

As an MRO Engineering Technician (TEMP), you will:


· Develop and write repair instructions, rework schemes, and test instructions for Circuit Boards, Power Supplies, Transmitters, Receivers, and Displays — much of these will be RF RADAR and SatCom.

· Work closely with operations and quality assurance teams to find equivalent parts to repair components and create new repair procedures.

· Ensure compliance with aviation regulatory standards (FAA, EASA, ICAO, etc.) and industry best practices.

· Maintain accurate records of repairs, modifications, and calibrations in accordance with aviation maintenance documentation standards.

· Support and perform assignments as required.
