RN / LPN Requirements:
Current RN or LPN license in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent
COVID-19 vaccination completed or willingness to receive
RN / LPN Responsibilities:
Deliver skilled nursing care as assigned
Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
Assist physicians with diagnostics and procedures
Educate residents and families on healthcare needs
Participate in care planning and evaluation with the healthcare team
Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
Monitor, record, and report residents’ conditions and vitals
Chart observations and patient responses accurately
Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
May assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed
