Northcrest Rehab and Nursing Center in Napoleon, Ohio is seeking Part-Time Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team!

Position Summary:
As a Northcrest LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while working under the supervision of an RN or Director of Nursing. Your role is essential in maintaining resident comfort and safety during overnight hours.

Essential Functions:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes
• Support and assist CNAs with resident care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Promote and protect resident rights
• Follow all facility policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule:
Part-Time | Night Shift (flexible scheduling available)

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of Ohio
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Long-term care experience preferred
