Position Overview:
The Robotic Welder/Technician supports automated welding operations by operating robotic equipment, ensuring weld quality, and assisting with material preparation. This role focuses on precision, efficiency, and maintaining a safe production environment.
The Robotic Welder/Technician supports automated welding operations by operating robotic equipment, ensuring weld quality, and assisting with material preparation. This role focuses on precision, efficiency, and maintaining a safe production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate robotic welding equipment
- Load and position parts for accurate welding
- Inspect welds and completed parts for quality
- Perform minor grinding, repairs, or rework as needed
- Prepare materials through cleaning, fitting, or grinding
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with troubleshooting or process improvements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior manufacturing or robotic welding experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically able to stand, move, and handle materials
Work Environment:
Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures. Regular standing, movement, and material handling required.
