Registered Dietitian

New Franklin Center for Rehabiliation and Nursing is seeking a Dietitian - flexible schedule.

Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team in a long-term care setting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about improving the health and quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Monitor residents’ dietary intake and adjust plans based on medical conditions and preferences

• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and food service teams

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

• Provide nutrition education to residents, families, and staff

Qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian (RD) or RD-eligible

• Experience in nursing home or hospital settings preferred

• Familiarity with nutrition software and electronic medical records (EMRs) preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to resident-centered care
