Responsibilities:
Manage a team of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction
Conduct regular evaluations of patient care to ensure quality and effectiveness
Collaborate with the medical team to provide comprehensive care and address concerns
Monitor and maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
Current LPN license in the State of New York
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skills
Strong commitment to patient-centered care and customer service
