Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to our residents, including evaluation, treatment, and maintenance of treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and treatment interventions for residents with various medical conditions and injuries
• Document resident progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate in care plan reviews and contribute to interdisciplinary team meetings
• Develop and implement therapeutic programs to improve resident mobility, strength, and function
