Physical Therapist - PRN

Location: Harvest Acres Nursing and Rehab – Keota, IA

Harvest Acres Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled nursing facility on a PRN basis. This flexible position is perfect for a therapist looking to pick up shifts as needed while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

Rate: Up to $70/hour

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services in accordance with clinical standards, facility policies, and regulatory guidelines.

• Assist in the evaluation process and collaborate on establishing individualized treatment goals, including short-term and long-term objectives.

• Develop and implement tailored therapy programs to promote rehabilitation, mobility, and overall wellness.

• Document resident progress accurately and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team.

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Iowa

• BLS certification (current)

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred, but not required

• PRN (as needed)
