Shift Information:
This position is Full Time working Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

What you will do:
The Orders Coordinator provides administrative support in inputting medical record information and processing outbound orders, follow-up on pending orders, and system documentation of completed orders. This position also services as backup support for receptionists and administrative assistant.
Preferred Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent, some college or business courses
Required Skills:
Knowledge of general office and administrative practices/procedures. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel. Knowledge of office machines: copier, fax, etc.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in Home Care Home Bases, Meditech
Required Licensure/Registration/Certification:
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Required Experience:
One year experience in office setting.

Preferred Experience:
Experience in home care/hospice office setting; experience with multi-line phones; experience in healthcare environment.
