Responsibilities of the LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

• Give medication as prescribed by a physician
• Take vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and weight
• Responsible for basic wound care including cleaning and bandaging injured areas
• Give injections of medication and immunizations
• Take medical histories
• Enter information into EMR
• Ability to provide quality nursing care

• LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

  • Current LPN license
  • Great customer service, critical thinking & clinical skills
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school
  • Must be professional, passionate, committed and a team player
