Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN
Location: Silver Memories Health Care- Versailles, IN
Revital Rehab Services is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Silver Memories Health Care, a skilled nursing facility in Versailles, IN. This is a great opportunity for a motivated clinician to provide hands-on therapy and help residents regain strength, function, and mobility—while enjoying a flexible, part-time schedule.
What You’ll Do:
Provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist with evaluations and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic interventions focused on functional goals and mobility improvement
Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active PTA license in Indiana
Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development
