Schedule: 35-40 hours per week; Mon-Fri (No weekend rotation)

Graduate of an accredited therapy program
Minimum 2 years of recent experience preferred
SNF with short term and long term rehab + 17 bed ALF. Offering OT, PT and SLP services.
