Pay: $40.50/hr
Work Schedule:
32 hours weekly

Overview:
Primary/Occupational Care employee clinic.
Previous experience in an occupational health setting is preferred, but not required.
Must have an active Physical Therapy license in Kentucky.
Must have an active BLS certification or be willing to obtain one post-offer.
